Closure of Eastbound Dugald Rd between Ravenhurst & PTH101 – Advisory to Permit Holders

Please be advised that beginning September 9, 2024, the City of Winnipeg will be closing the eastbound lanes of Dugald Road from Ravenhurst Street to PTH101 (Perimeter Hwy) for road reconstruction.  The project is expected to last approximately five (5) weeks, depending on the weather.  

Long Combination Vehicles (LCV’s) operating on eastbound Dugald Road from Ravenuhurst Street to PTH101, will be granted temporary authorization to use the detours as provided in the attached closure advisory.  LCV’s travelling off the detour routes provided is not authorized and a copy of the advisory notice, with the alternate routes should be attached to the LCV permit in each vehicle.
