MHCA Members Breakfast Features Conversation with Mayor Gillingham

On Thursday, September 17, MHCA hosted a Members Breakfast featuring a conversation with Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham about the future of Winnipeg and the infrastructure needed to support it.

Few industries are more closely connected to Winnipeg’s success than heavy construction. From roads and bridges to water and wastewater systems, the infrastructure our city relies on, depends on the work of our industry.

The discussion focused on Winnipeg’s growth, infrastructure investment, planning and long-term priorities, as well as the opportunities for government and industry to work together to build a growing, sustainable, and prosperous city.

For MHCA members, the relationship with City Hall is an important one. Decisions made today will have a direct impact on our members, their businesses, and the future of Winnipeg and Manitoba.

MHCA thanks Mayor Gillingham for joining us and our members for a thoughtful and engaging conversation.
