Lawyer Bailey Harris from TDS Law hosted an in-person seminar on the new prompt payment legislation. This session helped attendees understand, navigate and apply the legislation, which came into effect on April 1.
The presentation focused on understanding the legislation, your rights and how to navigate adjudication processes. It also featured case law examples from other Canadian provinces who have implemented this type of legislation.
