Since 2019, Theo has been with Made Safe (Manufacturing Safety Association), where he has held progressively responsible roles including trainer, auditor, committee representative, health and safety coordinator, and most recently Senior Advisor. He also holds an Occupational Health and Safety Diploma from RRC Polytech and his CRST designation.
