Turner is a credentialed National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and Gold Seal Certified Construction Safety Coordinator with extensive experience leading workplace safety systems, workforce development initiatives, and operational performance for crews of up to 90 employees. He is recognized for his practical, hands-on leadership style and his commitment to strengthening safety culture and building skilled construction teams.
He currently serves as Vice President of the Portage la Prairie Chamber of Commerce and has contributed to industry leadership through board and committee service with the Manitoba Common Ground Alliance, Merit Contractors Association, and the MHCA WorkSafely and Workforce Development Committees.
Turner fills a vacancy on the Board left by Tina Larson, who recently accepted a role in as Vice President, Southern Alberta with Amrize Building Materials.
