Workplace diversity occurs in every organization. Diversity occurs in many forms including race, gender, ethnic group, age, personality, the way people think, tenure, organizational function, educational background, beliefs and more. Diversity impacts how people perceive themselves and those around them, which in turn affect their interactions.  Being treated with respect, dignity and without prejudice or bias is a basic human right that everyone deserves. This program aims to help you manage equality in your diverse workplace, and is suitable for personnel at all levels.

This course is delivered as an on-line e-learning course. Video e-learning allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. This e-learning course is designed to help you learn at your own pace and in your own environment.

200 members and guests gathered to hear greetings from Premier Heather Stefanson and the newly elected Mayor of Winnipeg, Scott Gillingham. Hon. Doyle Piwniuk, Minister, Manitoba Infrastructure, handed out the MTI Awards.

31 companies were recognized for their milestone membership commitments.

Matthew Neziol, of Bayview Construction, received the Safety Leader Award.
