On June 2, 2025, the Manitoba government passed important pieces of legislation impacting our industry. The most significant for our members is:
🔹 Bill 29 – Workplace Safety and Health Amendment Act
This bill introduces several updates to Manitoba’s Workplace Safety and Health Act. These changes are now in effect and may impact your responsibilities.
