What We Learned
You gave us high ratings in both training quality and instructor expertise. It’s clear our services, from audits to consultations, are making an impact, facilitating safer work environments across the board.
And equally as important, you gave constructive comments and suggestions. They present us with opportunities to refine and expand our offerings. Here’s what we’ve got planned:
Enhanced Service Delivery: Recognizing the unique challenges faced by our rural communities and members in Western Manitoba, we’re working on our service delivery model. Our goal is to ensure everyone has greater access to training and can participate in our program without constraints.
Focus on Serious Incidents: We’re sharpening our focus on serious incidents, particularly those where our association can significantly influence outcomes. By supporting high-impact employers, we aim to make a substantial difference in industry rates that will benefit all employers within the industry.
Course Evaluations: We’ve introduced evaluations for each of our courses. This means we’ll continuously assess and elevate the quality of our training, ensuring our programs not only meet but exceed your expectations.
Expanded Course Offerings: Your feedback is influencing our curriculum development. We’re updating and designing additional courses that will address the needs and suggestions you’ve shared.
