The Manitoba government is seeking public feedback on proposed amendments to the Workplace Safety and Health Regulation.
The proposed changes reflect recommendations arising from the Workplace Safety and Health Act Review Committee. As part of the regulatory amendment process, proposed changes are posted for public review before amendments are finalized, providing employers, workers and other stakeholders with an opportunity to understand the potential changes and provide feedback.
