MHCA is pleased to announce Regan Bailey, with City of Flin Flon, achieved his NCSO designation May 2, 2024.
Bailey has been working with the City of Flin Flon for the past 20 years, and currently serves as its health and safety manager.
He noted that he was encouraged to pursue an NCSO designation by MHCA WorkSafely advisor Dave McPherson.
“It only made sense to pursue something like this.”
