Build Safer, More Inclusive Workplaces: Join the Movement with Be More Than a Bystander Train the Trainer
The construction industry is at a crossroads. With a growing shortage of workers and women making up only 3% of job site roles, creating welcoming and inclusive workplaces is not just the right thing to do—it’s essential for the future of our workforce.
The Be More Than a Bystander (BMTAB) training program is designed to help companies foster cultural and organizational shifts toward respectful, safe, and welcoming workplaces. By equipping employees with practical tools to prevent harassment, bullying, and violence, this program empowers them to become active allies in creating an environment where women can thrive.
