Decisions are the mainstay of a leader’s day, and come in a variety of forms, such as the delegation of tasks to their workers.  Delegating may not be as simple as just handing out tasks for completion, it can be a complex thought process that involves many factors including, the nature and size of the project, the ability and availability of certain employees, and knowing that some tasks are better done than delegated.

This course is delivered as an on-line e-learning course. Video e-learning allows trainees to view realistic scenes and be tested on their knowledge retention. This e-learning course is designed to help you learn at your own pace and in your own environment.

31 companies were recognized for their milestone membership commitments.

Matthew Neziol, of Bayview Construction, received the Safety Leader Award.
